owls, the largest nocturnal bird of prey in Europe, breaks with some topics that, on the raptors, have regularly. It seems that the greater size, larger species should have conservation problems. However, the Eagle Owl, has an interesting population in our region with the highest densities of the Peninsula. Knowing the reasons for this abundance, distribution, flexibility in habitat and food requirements and other aspects of the biology of this bird, are some of the interesting issues that Mario will reveal.
